On Wednesday, September 8th, Los Angeles Opera begins its 19th season with the Opening Night Gala performance of Mozart's grandest masterpiece, Idomeneo, starring Plácido Domingo. Following the opera, you'll enjoy the lavish Gala Dinner in the Grand Hall of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion amongst the celebrated artistic team including Verónica Villarroel, Kate Aldrich, Adriana Damato, as well as Los Angeles Opera's Eli and Edythe Broad General Director Plácido Domingo and Music Director, Kent Nagano. Tickets for this evening are priced at $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000. Both prices include a ticket to the performance and the black-tie dinner, plus a tax-deductible contribution to Los Angeles Opera.
